Name: Ginny Weasley
Year:6th
Age: 16
Gender: Female
House: Gryffindor
Personality:Ginny is kind hearted and likes animals, especially fuzzy ones seeing as she likes Pygmy Puffs and Cats. She has a tendency to get over things quickly(shown in all books). She has been over protected by her parents and she's talkative.
History(just decided to add):
Ginny is the youngest daughter of the weasleys. Ginny always was a resourceful person. Her brothers never invited her to play Quidditch with them, but she did learn to fly and play the game without them. From the age of six she'd been sneaking in the broom shed and taking out her brother's brooms in turn. Growing up with six brothers, she unfortunately was teased a bit as a youngster, but it made her tougher in the long run. She's always been eager to attend hogwarts and her liking towards Harry has never faded...so far. At first, she couldn't even talk near him but later on, she started to act normaly. Ginny is generally very popualr with the guys and she's usually the one who dumps her boy friends.
Before Hogwarts: Ginny was raised in the Burrow while overprotected she was, she grew up as bold as could be. She first met Harry and spoke her first words to Harry at Kings Cross Station.
Year 1: She got influenced by Riddle's Diary and went into the chamber of secrets where she nearly died. Harry saved her at the last minet.
Year 2: Nothing huge happened besides her regular life. Sirius came and went but other than that nothing much. (Rowling didn't write as much on her)
Year 3: She got invited to the yule ball by Neville and became his dance partner. She said that she wouldn't be able to go anyway (underage). She met Michael Corner at the Yule Ball also.
Year 4: She started to play Quidditch and helped them to the quidditch house cup. She started "going" with Michael but broke up with him when he was a sour looser. He went with Cho while she started to go with Dean Thomas. She also went to the Dipartment of Misties with Luna, Neville, Harry, Ron, and Hermione and rode on a Trestral. She ended up breakin or spraining her ankle b/c of Ron but she lived.
Year 5: Again she played quidditch and won the quidditch house cup. She went with Dean Thomas for a while. They were once caught snogging in a deserted Corridor. She became infuriated by Ron. Later on, somewhat b/c of Harry and his cloak, she broke it off with Dean and later on went with Harry until he broke up with her. She accepted it because she knew she had to.

Sample post: [must have atleast one thing of dialogue and atleast 4 lines]
Example 1:
Ginny walked atop stones lying here and there near the shallow end of the black lake. Only two others were there. Nevile who was examining underwater plants and Hermione who was drowned in one of her books yet again. Though she still had loads of homework left to complete, Ginny felt that there was no need for anyone else to know. She stepped onto another rock that seemed to take on the presence of a green, brown color.
"Ginny, that's not a rock!" warned Neville spashing water from his hands
She turned to face Neville still on the "rock." "What are you talking about?" asked Ginny covering her face so that she wouldn't get wet. But then the rock started to move which made Ginny jump into the water. Luckily for her, it only went up to her ankles.
This is as long as I can go,
example 2: It had been a few days since the encounter with Lily Evans. She remembered the day at breakfast whem a girl with Ginny's red hair and Harry's green eyes walked over to her and supposedly "tapped" Ginny on the shoulder. Lily's eyes loomed in Ginny's head like a haunting ghost that couldn't go on to heaven just yet. You would have thought that she would be thinking more of her own parents, Molly and Arther but being the kind and carring person she was, Ginny mostly thought of Lily and at small intervals, James Potter. She wasn't sure still and she hadn't had a chance to tell anyone just yet. Not even Hermione. But sould she? Ginny was still listening to one of her closest friends go on and on about a bloke she found temping to go with. Knowing her friend, Ginny just added a question there and a gesture there for the next few minets until Ginny grew tired of talking and standing there. From then, she didn't speak much. As said by her youngest brother, Ronald Percival Weasley, "She never shuts up!" Then she decided that she wanted to be by herself.
She laughed, giggled, and talked along with them so she seemed like her ususal self and she was but part of her thoughts were still on the past generation. Ginny had gone to call "them" the past generation making a generalization about whom she believed was Harry's mum. Since her parents, Harry's parents, and anyone else's parents counted, no one could blame her for that unless of course, she had fallen for a dispicable trick. Ginny escused herself away from her usual group of friends whom all seemed to follow her at times. But this time, her friends left toward their dormitories while she herself walked down the stairs toward the ground floor. She didn't know exacly where she was going to until she stepped down onto the last step on the grand staircase. Ginny passed a few seventh year Hufflepuffs whom giggled and smiled as they went further down the hall. Ginny expected that they were also going to their dormintories.
Earilier, Ginny had changed right after her last class, Potions, and now, she was sporting jeans, a very light top because a darker pink could class horribly with her hair, and even though her friends advised her to put on a jacket, she decided to be different and left her dorm without such a jacket. And instead of tying her hair back, she went with it down. For a few years now, her mother had allowed her to wear make up. A wizarding brand of course. Ginny applied little bits of everything but never put on too much. She prefered the cleaner look instead of the other looks that some went for. Ginny did decide to put on lip gloss instead of lipstick though again, her friends did otherwise.
Before going past the door, she took out her wand and said an incantation to conjour herself a bottle of water. She had gotten thirsty from gabbering. By acompletly silly mistake, she got herself pond water. Ginny twisted the cap three times and was about to drink some when a group of Slytherins ran from behind her and pushed past her to get outside first. One of them laughed and ran backwards causing the door to hit him on the head. Ginny laughed. "Nice one." she remarked starring goggle eyed at her drink. The Slytherin boy rubbed his head, turning burgendy, and ran off to catch up with his friends who had all walked atleast a few yards away. Ginny got her wand out again and fixed her drink making sure this time before taking a sip. She finally reached the end of the Entrance Hall and opened one of the double doors to exit. After all, she wasn't as big as Goyle so she didn't need to open two doors.
Ginny stepped down the six marble steps to the grass. Taking in a fresh breathe of air, she looked around with her bright red hair flying all over the place. Today seemed to be a busy and windy day. It was to be expected since it was a Friday after noon at about six in the evening. Ginny this time did not join the others to talk with but walked strait ahead after greeting a few of course. First a Ravenclaw boy, then two Gryffindor gossip maniacs, a first year Hufflepuff, a group of mixed house students, and even said a hi to a Slytherin who made a face. She rolled her eyes thinking, cant they atleast say a hello back? It's not like we're dueling or something... She walked all the way down to the lake shore, sitting on a rock that Neville had once sat to observe some plants. She put down her bottle of water. Some leaves of the trees behind her fell on her and she picked up one that hadn't fallen on her head. A red one that looked to be the same red as her family's hair. Twirling it a bit, Ginny lost her grip on it though she couldn't say it was by mistake and sat there smiling over the fact that she was confused. She looked down at her feet, they were firmly on the rock.
Ginny took off her footwear and stuck her feet into the water. It felt cold against her warm body. Yes, she wasn't wearing a jacket but Ginny only noticed the cold after her feet were in. She didn't take them out though. Her hair was getting caught into her lipglose and she manaed to remove some but most always came back. She looked out across the waters watching the sun set though Professor Sinistra told her not to. Her cheeks looked nearly glittery against the reflective sun and there was a glow to her but she didn't notice it. She never did so why would she start now? The sun only took a few minets to set and after it did. That was then that she noticed someone was behind her.
